Jeffrey A. Muscolino is a residential expert, who has been providing sound real estate services for over  25 years in South Florida. Besides his local buyers and sellers, Jeffrey’s clients include numerous local financial institutions, real estate and probate attorneys, tax accountants and governmental entities. His broad knowledge and expertise allows him to provide his local buyers and sellers with a unique blend of dedicated attention that is not only refreshing, but simply easy to understand without any gimmicks. Jeffrey was born in Baltimore, Maryland, where he lived until moving to South Florida in order to attend college.  He graduated from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. Jeffrey continued his education by taking several classes in insurance, business law, and financial planning before obtaining a residential real estate appraisal license and real estate sales associate license in the State of Florida. Seeing the need for highly qualified real estate valuations, Jeffrey opened The Appraisal Service Center, Inc. in 1997, where he is the senior residential appraiser and owner. Dedicated to education and exceptional quality, he obtained both an SRA and AI-RRS designation from the elite international organization of The Appraisal Institute.  Jeffrey is consistently called upon to provide his expertise with some of the most complex residential assignments in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This comprehensive blend of dealing directly with banks, mortgage companies, home inspectors and other real estate agents provides an insight that is simply not common in South Florida. In fact, Jeffrey is continually asked by fellow real estate agents and brokers to assist with determining a home’s proper list price. It is Jeffrey’s objective to sell his client’s property for the highest price in the most reasonable time frame. As well, negotiate the lowest price for his buyer’s with the best contract terms. Customers choose to work with Jeffrey because of his experience and local real estate knowledge. He maintains active memberships in professional organizations such as the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), Association of Realtors of Greater Miami and the Beaches and The Appraisal Institute. Memberships in these organizations require the highest level of professional ethics and responsibilities when dealing with the general public.
