About Todd Swickheimer

I have had the privilege to travel the World in Customer Service for the past 31 years meeting and developing relations with many people and learning diverse cultures. I have also had the pleasure of maintaining my Florida Real Estate License for the past 28 years. I started in Fort Lauderdale where I was "Rookie of the Year" in 1993. Five years later I moved to Miami Beach where I sold Real Estate primarily working and selling Condo-conversions. I realize with my education from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a BS in Aeronautics, and my past endeavors in Real Estate, it progresses my life as it changes my mindset, and opens my eyes to a better understanding. With this knowledge and experience, I feel that I can market YOUR Real Estate to help create a kinder and better world, thus producing prosperity for all!
